Dry & Stealth leaders come in a 2 pack, the bag is UV-proof and has a zip so you can store the leaders safe in your vest. Leaders come pre-looped for convenience and have a nice and discrete brown color. The design is a result of years of experience on the water. When fishing in both rivers and lakes, long leaders have the advantage of spooking less fish and better control of the drift. These leaders are made to be lengthened; the tip is only 50cm long.

We recommend that you add your desired length of tippet to the tip, and you can use the same dimension or go one size down. Dry & Stealth leaders have no problems turning over tippets up to 2 meters of length. A nice and flexible way to use these leaders is to add our 2mm tippet ring, then add tip. You can even lengthen the leader in several sections if you like that. Using a 3 or 4x version and add pieces of example: 4-5-6x or 4-5x.

The taper is divided by Butt: 44%(165cm) Taper: 42%(150cm) Tip:14%(50cm). Butt sections on these leaders are 0,57 mm which gives a more distinct turnover than the Lt version. This thicker butt excels in situations with wind, or when you must present the leader dead straight on the water. Typical fishing scenarios are with tackle from #4 and up and you fish nymphs and dries on lakes. It’s also suitable for river fishing with bigger dries and weighted nymphs. If you liked our 12ft Power Strike Trout, this leader is almost identical with only adjustment of the tapered section, and it performs even better than its predecessor.
